The Laboratory of Genetic Toxicology at the Pasteur Institute of Lille has for many years adopted an approach to early evaluation of the genotoxic potential of new molecules in the development phase, of impurities… based on carrying out complementary tests using miniaturized methods.
In addition, as part of high-throughput screening, we have implemented the DNA Damage Response Pathway test in the laboratory.
