The Pasteur Institute of Lille is a private non-profit foundation, recognized as a public utility since 1898, dedicated to the fight against diseases: infectious diseases (COVID-19, tuberculosis…), cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, inflammatory diseases, cancers or diabetes.

Choosing to donate to the Pasteur Institute of Lille is quite simply:

Extending the period of healthy life after the age of 60 by detecting risk factors for developing degenerative diseases and limiting their consequences.

The teams at the Pasteur Institute of Lille, in partnership with the University of Lille, INSERM, CNRS, and the Lille University Hospital, are conducting medical research on age-related diseases at Longevity Research Center.
Combining research and prevention, the Prevention, Health, and Longevity Center, in partnership with the University Hospital of Lille and the University of Lille, adopts an innovative approach, unique in France, of prevention and health education, advice and support for active and successful aging.
Finally, the Pasteur Institute of Lille offers a Health and Environment Expertise Centerrecognized and certified in specialized sectors where it is now a benchmark.

LThe Pasteur Institute of Lille was founded by Louis Pasteur in 1894, a few years after its Parisian counterpart, with the mission of helping the population of northern France affected by epidemics and continuing research on infectious diseases, including tuberculosis. Our foundation is legally and financially independent of the Pasteur Institute in Paris.
Through its seven research units, the Pasteur Institute of Lille is dedicated to addressing major public health challenges worldwide, particularly those affecting the most vulnerable and those already suffering from illness, through medical research and prevention. Its mission is to enable everyone to live better, longer lives, making the foundation an internationally recognized center of expertise.
