About us

Le International Vaccination and Travel Medicine Center the Pasteur Institute of Lille specializes in the prevention of risks and pathologies in travelers. During a dedicated consultation, our medical and paramedical team will inform you about the medical risks associated with your trip and how to prevent them, and will provide you with tailored advice to your situation, and performs the vaccines et necessary prescriptions (preventive treatment against malaria, mosquito repellent, etc.). We advise you to schedule your consultation in advance. at least one month before your departure, especially in the case of expatriation, humanitarian travel or a trip around the world.

Le International Vaccination and Travel Medicine Center, offers :

  • The realisation of mandatory or recommended vaccinations,
  • Prevention tailored to each destination and each situation.

Each year, the center achieves approximately 11,000 vaccinations.

Medical consultations and travel-related vaccinations are not not covered by social security. However, some mutual insurance companies take care of pharmacy feesThis includes expenses related to vaccination. Please feel free to consult our rates (at the bottom of our Doctolib page or on our website), and check with your health insurance provider before your visit to the center. (Reduced rate of -10% for students, upon presentation of the card).

Administrative procedures

To prepare for your consultation, please fill out the documents that will be sent to your Doctolib space Please bring these documents with you when booking your appointment and return them to us as soon as possible. On the day of your consultation, please bring... the following documents :

  • Health or vaccination record
  • Current treatment order
  • Medical correspondence (in case of chronic illness or serious condition)
  • Copy of the latest blood test results (in case of chronic illness such as diabetes, kidney or liver failure, immune deficiency, HIV, etc.)

Except exceptional authorization from the center's doctor, we do not accept vaccines from outside to ensure the cold chain is maintained.
