The international vaccination and travel medicine center provides travel advice consultations and administers 11,000 vaccinations per year: yellow fever, hepatitis A and B, typhoid fever, meningitis, Japanese encephalitis, rabies, influenza, leptospirosis, etc.

The center, accredited by the World Health Organization, performs all recommended or mandatory vaccinations before traveling by appointment.

Come on foot

  • From the “Lille-Flandres” train station, take Avenue Charles Saint-Venant, go straight towards Rue Saint-Sauveur and Rue Frédéric Mottez.
  • Cross Boulevard Louis XIV and take Rue du Professeur Calmette (opposite).

Coming by metro

  • 5 minutes from the “Lille-Europe” and “Lille-Flandres” train stations.
  • Line 2 – “Lille Grand Palais” station.
  • Cross Boulevard Louis XIV, head to the right and then take Rue du Professeur Calmette at the end of the building, on the left.

Come by car

  • Head towards Lille-Centre via the eastern ring road.
  • City Centre Exit No. 2b.
  • Take Boulevard Louis XIV then Rue du Professeur Calmette.

Getting here from the airport

  • Lille-Lesquin Airport
  • Shuttle Lesquin – Lille: 20 minutes
  • Arrival at Lille Europe station.

Preparing for your visit

Please bring the following documents with you on the day of your appointment:

  • Health or vaccination record
  • Current treatment order
  • Medical correspondence (if you have a chronic illness or serious condition)
  • Copy of your latest blood test results (if you are being treated for a chronic condition such as diabetes, kidney or liver failure, immune deficiency, HIV…)
  • Signed parental authorization is mandatory if the consultation concerns a minor, whether or not accompanied by parents or legal guardian during the consultation: click here.

F.A.Q

Except with exceptional authorization from the center's doctor, we do not accept vaccines from outside for several reasons, including compliance with the cold chain.

Ideally, plan at least one month before a trip, a little longer if you are going abroad/around the world/humanitarian trip.

No, consultations for most travel-related vaccinations are not covered by national health insurance. However, some supplemental health insurance plans cover pharmacy costs, including those related to vaccinations (don't hesitate to contact your insurance provider before your visit to the center).

No, the vaccine is currently only administered in Maternal and Child Health (PMI) and Family Planning and Health (CLAT) centers. You can find the list of PMI centers in the Hauts-de-France region at [link to list]. the current timetables.

Proof of yellow fever vaccination, as shown on an international vaccination certificate, may be required for customs clearance or visa applications, depending on the country. If you lose your certificate, please contact the vaccination center where you received it to request a duplicate. If the vaccination was administered at our center, please contact our office to request a duplicate (see price list for duplicate fees).
