Present on all five continents, the International Network of Pasteur Institutes (RIIP) meets 32 institutes in 25 countries, driven by the same mission: to protect human health through research, training and surveillance of infectious and chronic diseases.

The Pasteur Institute of Lille is a major player in biomedical research, involved in numerous collaborations around the world. These partnerships enable it to pooling knowledge, expertise and scientific resources to respond more effectively to major public health challenges.
From November 2018, the Pasteur Institute of Lille coordinates the Europe region within the International Network of Pasteur Institutes (RIIP), a three-year strategic mandate in service of global scientific cooperation.
Today, our teams work hand in hand with universities, laboratories, companies and associations in more than 50 countriesMore than half of these collaborations are taking place beyond Europe, in Africa, Asia, America and Oceania.
